‘ENVIRONMENT for Revit®’ Was created by practicing landscape architects with years of experience. Environment makes it easy to create accurate grading plans, design retaining walls that blend with their surrounding, and collaborate with your team in real-world coordinates.

Environment is a great piece of software. It has massively helped improve efficiency and thus productivity. Highly recommend for Landscape Architects.

Since joining BOON, a Revit based architectural practice in New Zealand, with growing landscape and urban capability, the frustrations of workflow and tools to address landscape specific problems has been somewhat painful. Without dedicated BIM for landscape architects we had been looking for a tool that was intuitive and understood common landscape tasks and workflows. The Environment plugin has answered many of these Revit shortfalls for Landscape and has provided good customer support and new helpful tools being added to the plugin as they are developed. I recommend the Environment tool for landscape architects using Revit especially if you are a smaller practice without a dedicated BIM team available to create landscape specific tools.

We have been using ‘Environment for Revit®️’ in our firm for about two months now and were already able to see how using the plugin can really shorten the modeling processes of site design in Revit. (i.e., grading walkways and paths, designing topographies, retaining walls, etc.). We will go on to further use ‘Environment’ and see what other ways it can benefit our design process.
